Bookings during July and August can only be booked on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday. This enables the house to be cleaned on change over day every Friday.
 
1 January to 31 March - £120.00 a night
1 April to 31 June - £150.00 a night
1 July to 31 August - £180.00 a night
1 September to 31 October - £150 a night
1 November to 23 December - £120.00 a night
Easter 3 April to 6 April inclusive - £180 a night
Christmas & New Year 24 December to 1 January - £180 a night
